Sculptra Aesthetic is an FDA-approved injectable filler that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It’s longer-lasting than hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers like Juvéderm or Restylane because Sculptra is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which stimulates collagen production. Sculptra can replace facial volume that’s been lost due to weight loss or aging, but it’s not recommended for use on the lips or eyes.
